The church is a living organism the Bible compares to a human body. In a healthy body, all of the individual body parts function together as they were designed to do. The same is true for the Body of Christ. A healthy church body expects that all members will work together under the direction of the Holy Spirit.
We recognize the uniqueness of every member, and we will strive, by the power of the Holy Spirit, to serve together in Christian love. We celebrate individual differences as we serve together. We will work to help each other to find our unique places of service. We support the church by praying together and by praying for each other.
As a church body, we remain faithful through regular attendance in worship and Bible study opportunities. We share our gifts and talents within the body in order to advance the Kingdom of God. We support the work of the church by giving of our treasure. We faithfully serve as the Holy Spirit leads us.
